OUR POLICIES
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK The customer understands that the nature of our tours is physical and adventurous. As Such, there may involve a significant amount of personal risk. The customer assumes all such risk and does hereby release the company and all of its representatives, from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death from these inherent risks.
TRANSPORTATION AND MEALS Trips will include transportation via mini-van/ truck or bus, as well as accommodations, except in the cases where a flight is necessary to arrive to certain destinations (i.e, Corn Island). Please keep in mind that accommodations are ‘middle of the road’ quality to a more rustic quality, except when otherwise specified. Also airfares to and from original points of departure are the responsibility of the traveler. In addition, meals are not included. Stops will be made for meals when listed in the itinerary. In cases where stops are not possible the travelers will be notified and encouraged to pack a lunch.
Trips can be combined and lengths can vary depending on customer. Example visit Panama and Costa Rica for 10 days.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
At time of booking or 60 days or more prior to departure whichever is later, a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person per tour is due.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT Any cancellation must be made in writing and the charges are expressed as a percentage of the total tour price.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
- Cancellation 59-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: 100% of tour price.
