RATING = 2
Light walking and hiking suitable for most fitness levels.

RATING = 3
Moderate hiking of up to 4 hours/day, biking, rafting, kayaking, or activities that require moderate level of fitness.

RATING = 4
High altitude hiking up to 8 hours/day or activities that require high level of fitness.

RATING = 5
High altitude hiking suitable for only those with a higher level of fitness
